Founded by Guild Award–winning, Emmy nominated hairstylist Rhonda O’Neal, a second-generation hairstylist with over 4o years behind the chair and nearly 25 years in IATSE Local 706, we exist to close the gap between craft and career. Training working professionals for the standards the entertainment industry actually demands. Beyond the Combs sets the standard for textured hair and inclusive beauty makeup in Los Angeles. Rhonda trains artists, staffs productions, and leads a salon rooted in technical excellence and healthy hair.

Most pro modules require licensure; free foundations accept licensed stylists and qualified MUAs. Final-semester students may be considered.
